Candidate Support Services for your business 

 Professional CV and Cover Letter Writing

You can choose to simply send us your employee’s CVs and Cover Letters for us to contact them to discuss their requirements. If you’d like an on-site service, we can come out to your site or your staff can visit us either individually or as a group.

Professional CV and Cover Letter Writing Workshops

If you’d like to teach your staff about how to improve their CVs and Covering Letters, we can hold workshops at your business site or at ours if preferred. The workshops can be held in groups or individually. This is a great way to make your employees feel valued whilst equipping them for positions which become available within your company or externally.

Professional Interview Support and Coaching

We can come out to visit your staff to carry out this coaching or you can send them to us if you’d prefer. We ensure that we have an in-depth understanding of each attendee’s needs before the session to allow us to deliver a personalised service which adds value to your employees. Both group and individual sessions are available for this option. Again, this is a great way of making your employees feel valued and can improve their confidence and performance throughout both internal and external interviews.

Professional Job Application Support and Coaching

This option can be particularly beneficial where your business is going through a period of change. We can assist your staff in applying for both internal and external positions and where you are unfortunately having to make redundancies, we’ll both help the staff to apply for live jobs and offer to register their details with the agency side of our company to send out to our wide database of businesses. Where your employees are at risk of redundancy and have worked with the company for a considerable amount of time, they may also lack up to date interviewing skills so it can be a good idea to arrange a joint Job Application and Interview Coaching session which we can easily hold for you.

Career Café Events (held on or off-site)

Career cafes are a great way of engaging your staff. At the events, depending on your need for having the Career Café, we can assist your staff with making job applications, interviewing for different positions and creating or updating their LinkedIn profiles. If the event is in correlation with some upcoming changes or developments in your company, this is a great way to take staff through presentations or question and answer sessions which we can also assist you with. If the reason for the event is to prepare candidates for a range of new positions in the company, we can also assist you in carrying out interviews and assessing the candidates where this is required. If the reason for having the café is due to the risk of redundancies, we’ll also offer to register your staff with the agency side of our business so we can help get them into employment more quickly.  Whatever your need, a Career Café can be a greatly effective way of engaging your staff and creating a fun day that is sure to have everyone talking about your company.

 

Recruitment Support Services for your business 

On or off-site Recruitment and Interviewing Support

This option can be particularly helpful where your business is ramping up and requires a high level of new staff or where you simply don’t have the time to carry out the full recruitment process. We can assist with everything from sifting through pre-screening and telephone interviewing staff to designing interview templates and attending interviews to support you. If you’d prefer us to assist with only parts of the process, we can also easily accommodate this. We can assist with each of the following parts of your recruitment:

Advertising and Pre-screening

We have over 20 years of experience in creating job advertisements and assessing candidate CVs against job specifications.  We can advertise your roles across numerous job sites we have access to which ensures we attract as many candidates as possible to your role. When we receive applications, we will assess the candidate’s suitability and book them in for a telephone or skype interview with us where required. If you’d prefer us not to carry out pre-screens, we can send you the CVs we have selected for you to review. We can also carry out reference checks where required. This element of our service can have great benefits for organisations:

  1. No advertising costs! We have access to numerous job boards throughout the UK and we advertise your roles free of charge (for roles you need to fill quickly, we also have a great pool of candidates readily available if you wish to interview any of them).
  2. Confidentiality- Many of our clients face challenging situations where they are letting staff members go but don’t want others in their team to know immediately or where they simply wish to recruit confidentially. We can confidentially seek out the best candidates on the market for you with the strictest confidentiality or using your branded advertising if you’d prefer.
  3. Excellent sourcing- We proactively head hunt and source the best talent on the market. You may also know of some great talent within your competitor’s organisations but don’t want to approach them directly, let us do it for you!

Telephone and Skype Interviews

We create a tailor made telephone interview for each position our client is recruiting for where required. We will then carry this out with all candidates who have been successful at the CV assessment stage ensuring we provide the candidates with a great customer service. Although not applicable for all roles, telephone interviews really allow us to assess the candidate’s behaviours and overall fit for the position which ensures that you only see the most suitable candidates for face to face interview. This can save you a great deal of time whilst making the overall process more efficient. We are also able to carry out Skype interviews with candidates where this is preferred. After the candidates have been telephone or skype interviewed, we will then send you both their CV as well as their answers to the interview questions to allow you to decide on who you wish to progress to the face to face interview stage.

 Face to Face Interviews

When you have decided who you wish to see for a face to face interview, all you need to do it let us know the dates and times you have available to see the candidates and we’ll take care of the rest. If you aren’t sure which type of interview you’d like to carry out, we can show you various designs as well as the benefits of each. For roles where you are planning to have a bulk intake, we can also design and carry out assessment centres with you. The interviews can be held on-site at your premises or off-site which we will be happy to arrange for you and also attend where required.

Making offers of Employment and Rejecting Candidates

When you’ve decided who you wish to offer positions to, we can make the offers of employment and handle any negotiations for you. We can also reject the candidates who have been unsuccessful, ensuring they are given great customer service and feedback.
